Rezzed / Realistic Maps FAQ
The mod/map pack is now officialy released on Moddb as an early access mod, considering I'm working in more maps. I'm making two different kind of maps based in the default maps, Rezzed Maps and Realistic Maps.
Rezzed Map: Literally a replacement for the original map, with HD textures (generally altered or improved, according to my personal taste). I intend to make a Rezzed version for every default map. A rezzed map should be online compatible (with some exceptions, most of them will be).
Realistic Map: This are altered maps, that replace the originals, but they have added props, models, effects, no consideration for filesize and my only interest will be making the environment as realistic as possible. This takes a lot of time (yes, even when working with a pre-made map, this seriously takes a lot of time to make!) so I won't make a Realistic version for every default map. This maps also replace the originals, but they won't be online compatible.
• Does your Realistic Maps Mod add new models, laser projectiles, units, etc.?
No, this should be very clear. It changes your default map, but the units/vehicles depend on which SIDE mod you have installed. Any mod that provides new units is a SIDE mod, some of them also alter the laser projectiles and many other effects.
This is a showcase of most of the maps I've made.
